Northwestern Mutual may be getting ready to spread what it's learned from its LearnVest digital financial planning unit throughout the company.
The Milwaukee-based company has named Bethany Rodenhuis senior vice president — transformation. She'll report to John Schlifske, the company's chairman and CEO.
"Rodenhuis will spearhead the company's transformation strategies in a unified way, aligning all priorities and plans to deliver value to the company's more than 4.4 million clients," the company says in a description of her new role.
Rodenhuis has been Northwestern Mutual's head of distribution strategy and planning.
In 2011, a Microsoft business intelligence content marketing unit posted an interview with Rodenhuis on YouTube. The Microsoft business intelligence specialists presented Rodenhuis as a top expert on use of data analytics to guide business strategy.
