Acsia Partners LLC says it's getting more long-term care planning leads than its existing agent network can handle.

The Kirkland, Washington-based insurance agency says it wants to establish relationships with 150 agents who are interested in helping consumers with long-term care planning.

Sales of stand-alone individual long-term care insurance have laveled off, but sales of worksite long-term care insurance products, and of arrangements that package long-term care benefits with life insurance policies or annuity contracts, are growing quickly, the company says.

Denise Gott, the chief executive officer, says she thinks sales of traditional stand-alone long-term care insurance products will rebound once interest rates start to return to normal levels.

Acsia, an affiliate of Fort Myers, Florida-based LTC Global Inc., is looking for agents who would earn their own streams of commission revenue, not employees. The company says it offers a commission advance program that can help agents manage their cash flow.
