‘Tech surge’ not included in Obamacare costs

Lawmakers want to know how much has been spent on all of the health insurance exchanges, not just HealthCare.gov. In testimony Tuesday, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said she would like to provide the dollar amount "very quickly." The post-launch repairs to the exchanges brought in a lot of outside help that could not have been cheap.
