Will Obamacare actually make you healthier?

Providing health care coverage to previously uninsured Americans is one way to measure the success of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. However, the whole point of PPACA is to make sure sick Americans get the care they need. What PPACA is not expected to do is reduce overall health costs, trim paperwork or expedite insurance claim processing — all of the things that made insured and uninsured adult Americans forgo health care before the law was passed, according to a survey by the Commonwealth Fund.
