JPMorgan settlement: Where the money goes

How much of JPMorgan's record $13 billion settlement will go to investors and homeowners? Consumers will see $4 billion, as will Fannie May and Freddie Mac together. The U.S. government and credit unions/FDIC will each see $2 billion and state governments will get the remaining $1 billion.
