Robert Stark is the President of Melville Capital, LLC. The firm's significant experience in both the secondary and tertiary life settlement markets, as well as its knowledge of premium financing structures, makes Melville uniquely qualified to handle all aspects of advisory and brokerage relating to the asset class of life insurance. Specifically, Rob oversees the implementation of the Melville's operational strategies including transaction pricing, closing, and compliance and licensing.

Rob has been involved with finance, lending and life insurance for over 20 years. He is a licensed Life Agent in numerous states and holds series 7 and 63 licenses in order to transact in Variable policies.

Rob earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park, and his Master of Business Administration from New York University's Stern School of Business.  Rob is an avid endurance athlete completing several events including Ironman and The New York City and Boston Marathons.
