A long-term budget deal is supposed to be reached by mid-December. Will two opposites like Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., and Sen. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., be able to lead the 29 lawmakers to a compromise? Budget expert Stan Collender said it's "pure fantasy" to expect a grand bargain to be reached.
