The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act has not been very popular – neither early or as of late. And even if Healthcare.gov gets its needed fixes by the end of the month, some still believe PPACA will be repealed. The assumed force behind the repeal has always been Republicans, but who's to say it couldn't be from Democrats who are in danger of re-election in 2014?
