Vatican surveys church worldwide on response to social and family matters

Something the church should have arguably done a long, long time ago is taking place. The Vatican sent out a poll in October to gauge Catholics' attitudes on controversial social issues such as birth control and gay marriage. Yet another sign the church is changing under the new pope.
