The adult obesity rate is up so far this year and is poised to realize the largest year-over-year increase since 2009. Notably, the obesity rate increased across all major demographic and socioeconomic groups. With the recent news that America is no longer the most obese country in the world — Mexico now holds the title — are we hungry to regain our dubious title?
