Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) the Democratic National Committee Chairwoman, feels that once the troubled exchange rollout is corrected and the law starts actually impacting people, the democrats will be able to win in 2014 on the merits of the troubled legislation. Namely, Wasserman feels female voters will contend that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act has been so impactful, they will vote on it.
