After failing to ensure that clients could not evade taxes, Raol Weil and other executives with UBS AG, UBS' global wealth management business were indicted by U.S. federal prosecutors in 2008. Declared a fugitive in 2009, Weil was arrested in Bologna after checking into a hotel under his own name.
