US debt: Lagarde tells America to get its finances in order

Christine Lagarde, managing director of the International Monetary Fund chastised the American government for its disarray. For those who contend that the shutdown did no harm, this is pretty embarrassing. Oh, and there is that estimated $24 billion toll it cost us.
