Insurers getting faulty data from U.S. health exchanges

In yet another example of trouble with the incipient health insurance exchanges which are a main component of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), insurers report getting faulty and incomplete data, which means the problems with the exchanges are not just impacting the consumers trying to purchase insurance but also the insurers trying to provide it.
