ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — The Maryland Health Connection website is starting to work better, an official said Thursday.
Technicians found and fixed the main cause of a bottleneck that had hampered user efforts to create accounts online, Becca Pearce, the executive director of the state-based exchange said.
Within a few hours after the technicians made the changes, about 1,000 users created exchange accounts, Pearce said.
