New Hire Roundup: Altegris Welcomes Maniaci, Carrington

New Hires logoThis week in new hires, Natalie Maniaci and Lés Carrington joined Altegris and the Guth-Fordyce team joined Snowden Capital Advisors.

Also, the Private Client Reserve Bank welcomed Carlo Gozzi to its Chicago office and Frank DeBlasi to its Phoenix office.

Altegris Adds Natalie Maniaci, Lés Carrington

Altegris recently announced a number of strategic additions to its sales and legal teams. Natalie Maniaci has joined as the firm's senior counsel and advisory chief compliance officer, and Lés Carrington has joined as the new internal sales desk manager.

Maniaci was previously senior vice president and associate general counsel with Trust Company of the West, where she was responsible for advising business units on legal and regulatory matters affecting mutual funds, hedge funds, offshore funds and separate account. Carrington's prior position was as internal sales desk manager at LPL, where she held that position for the last five of her 13 years there. Earlier responsibilities were to partner with sales leaders to develop sales strategy, provide training and guidance to LPL's internal consultants and oversee sales campaigns.

Advisor Team Joins Snowden Capital Advisors

Snowden Capital Advisors, headquartered in New York City, announced that the Guth-Fordyce team has joined the firm. The team includes managing directors and private wealth advisors Kevin Guth and Stephen Fordyce, who have become Snowden partners, and Jeremy Soboleski, private wealth advisor.

The team joins from Merrill Lynch, manages approximately $500 million in client assets, and is opening a new Snowden office in New Haven, Conn.

The Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank Welcomes Gozzi, DeBlasi

U.S. Bank Wealth Management announced that Carlo Gozzi has been appointed a wealth management consultant in Chicago and Frank DeBlasi has been named a wealth management advisor in Phoenix for the Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank.

Gozzi brings more than nine years of financial service experience to his new role. Prior to joining, he was a vice president and branch manager for U.S. Bank's consumer bank in the Chicago area, where he worked with commercial and individual clients. He has previously held various positions with Park National Bank and Pullman Bank, both U.S. Bank predecessor organizations.

DeBlasi has more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining, he worked for J.P. Morgan Private Bank as a senior vice president and private banker in the Scottsdale area. Prior to that, he served as a regional vice president with Morgan Stanley in New York City from 1999 to 2009.
