Global economic growth still sluggish, says OECD

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development has said that while developed countries are rebounding at a quicker rate than once anticipated, developing countries are slow to gain their footing and are hindering a full recovery. The stumbling of developing countries can be attributed to fears that the U.S. Federal Reserve may taper off its quantitative easing program.
