Obamacare still lets employers discriminate—for now

Since 1981, the IRS doesn't allow employers to offer health insurance – including better health insurance – only to executives and owners. However, the rules covering nondiscrimination in health plans have not been issued and the IRS will not enforce them until they are. Once the rules are issued, businesses will have until the beginning of the next calendar year to comply.
