Migraine could be associated with brain damage, study warns

The Journal of Neurology reports that the all-too-common and oft-downplayed migraine may cause permanent changes to occur in the brain. Individuals who suffer from "migraine with aura" — sensitivity to light and experience dizziness before the actual migraine begins — are more prone to increased brain abnormalities.
