No, this stock market is not the ‘next great bubble’

Even with the S&P 500 up over 18 percent this year, things are not expanding into a bubble and they are certainly not ready to be popped by the pin of mass share sell-offs resulting in a tumbling index. The widespread speculation and subsequent action undertaken by novice investors and freewheeling capital that were abundant in 1999 are simply not currently present.
