It's that time of year again when the financial world looked on Jackson Hole, Wyo., for the annual Fed conference. Inflation and how to create more jobs were among the topics of discussion, but there was one missing player from the economic elite: Ben Bernanke. For the last three years, Bernanke has used the conference to deliver a speech ahead of big policy changes. Were there no policy changes to announce or are we just waiting for a bigger announcement from President Obama?
