McConnel: Don’t open Obamacare exchanges if privacy isn’t protected

The Senate minority leader has sent a letter to top officials at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requesting that the health exchanges — the crux of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — be delayed until the government can guarantee the security of the information contained within them. Yet another hiccup for the fledgling law.
