As health care reform looms, some California hospitals are struggling to adapt when it comes to assessing benefits for its employees. In fact, most of the state's health care organizations are rethinking their benefits philosophy and strategy, that's according to a new report from Keenan, California's largest privately held insurance brokerage and consulting firm.
The "2013 Health Care Benefits Strategy Survey" polled 87 health care organizations within the state, representing 217 hospitals. The findings can be seen below.
