Unplanned pregnancies are rampant in the U.S. Navy with a 50 percent higher pregnancy rate for women in the Navy than in the general public. While the Navy has long struggled with sexual health issues, unwanted pregnancies seem to be by far the most disruptive. A comprehensive sex education/sexual health promotion plan is looking to change that.
