More Americans have an unfavorable view of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act than at any point since its passage in March 2010. The numbers are quite remarkable: There has been a 14 point swing against PPACA according to Kaiser's most recent polling. How much of this owed to lost public relations war and how much can be chalked up to plain confusion? Or, maybe, people just don't like it.
