South Carolina's bill which attempts to thwart Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act implementation in the state is on special order in the state Senate although many feel it will not get tackled by the time the Senate adjourns for the year. The bill, which has already passed in the House, would allow businesses and organizations to be taken to court by the Attorney General if there is reason to believe that the PPACA is harming employees. What will this do to exchanges in the state? To health agents? Is it just posturing for campaign posters?
