While her critics' pitch back home is growing louder and louder, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius praised the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act at a World Health Assembly in Geneva. A recent target of Republican ire for her controversial fundraising, as well as the sloppy implementation of PPACA, there are many stateside who would like to respond to the speech she made as the U.S. representative.
