Much has been written about the trend of urbanization and the impact that it will have on society over time. Where that mantra was once: "Do whatever you can to get out of the cities and into the suburbs," opposite now proves true, for myriad reasons. Cities are no longer conjuring up images of poverty and urban blight but rather commerce, art, fashion and food. So, how will this change us as a people?
