SC House approves bill criminalizing enforcement of ‘Obamacare’

South Carolina's Republican controlled House has voted 65-39 on the Freedom of Healthcare Protection Act. Even after the Supreme Court ruled that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was constitutional a year ago, many states are still pushing back and refusing to implement the law. In South Carolina, there will be criminal penalties for implementing the law.
