The Kermit Gosnell trial has relaunched a heated debate about the morality of late-term abortions. While campaigning in 2008, in fact, Barack Obama denounced the practice but has done little to stop it let alone address it while in office. A loophole in Doe vs. Bolton, a companion case to Roe vs. Wade makes an exception for late-term abortions when the mother's "emotional" health is in jeopardy. President Obama disagreed with that as well. So, why isn't anything being done about it?
