Are we a nation on disability? Enrollment in the Social Security Disability Insurance program is at an all-time high and many people never get off. Only 6 percent left the program to go back to work in 2011. Trial lawyers are raking in taxpayer money representing people seeking to join the program because of diseases such as diabetes and depression which many working Americans deal with each day. And here is the kicker: There is no one representing the tax payer at the hearings. So, what is solution? Hiring unemployed college graduates to sniff out the actors and pay them a bounty?
