OXON HILL, Md. (AP) — Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky is vowing to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), President Barack Obama's sweeping health care law.
McConnell spoke at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) next to a tower of 20,000 pages of health care rules and regulations.
He called PPACA a "monument to liberalism" and said Republicans will not back down from the fight.
