It is hard to wish readers a Merry Christmas following the senseless and tragic event in Newtown, Ct., last week. The area is one I know well; my father lived on Newtown Turnpike for more than 50 years. For those in Newtown, this will be the saddest imaginable Christmas.
Even so, I wish you and your families the merriest of Christmases, filled with happiness and joy. I hope that you are able to rejoice and celebrate family.
There will be no blog for the week of Dec. 26th; clearly, that is my excuse to say Happy New Year! My best wishes for family and investment success in 2013!
