We are living in the post-credit boom era, or says MAM fund manager Gervais Williams. For the past 25 years, debt flowed freely and asset values escalated. Now those asset values aren't rising as steeply and the strategy is to look for companies with good and growing income regardless of where the market veers. "Commodities, large equities and house prices will no longer be the way to make serious money going forward. We need to get back into smaller companies with growing income," he advises.
