How the health-care law might be changed by the next president

When it comes to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), both candidates running for president have said what they plan to do with it, but that might be easier said than done. In years to come, the health care law could see some changes based on who wins the election, according to health policy experts. President Barack Obama has vowed to implement the law, but fiscal concerns and public opinion could prompt him to revamp some of the law. Gov. Mitt Romney has said he will repeal the law, but there is a chance he won't have the support in Congress to do it. Consequently, Romney could choke funding and give states wide latitude to implement the law.
