Mitt Romney says he wants to unleash the power of free markets on health insurance prices, by encouraging more use of high-deductible insurance. Romney and his advisors are trying to persuade reporters, and voters, that acquainting consumers with the real cost of medical services will turn them into better health care shoppters.
