Rothstein Kass Adds JDJ Resources Team to Family Office Group

Rothstein Kass has expanded its geographic presence in the family office market with the addition of 16 professionals from Boston-based JDJ Resources Corp., the firm announced last week.

JDJ's three partners—Doreen Biebusch, James Kittler and Steven Sarcione—have joined Rothstein Kass as directors, and all members of the JDJ team are now part of the firm's family office group.

The family office group provides expertise in project and lifestyle management, accounting, tax planning and reporting, and offers specialized consulting services.

Following its expansion into Boston, the announcement said, New Jersey-based Rothstein Kass plans to put family office teams in "key growth markets," including Beverly Hills, Dallas, Denver, New York and San Francisco.

"The family office space is experiencing significant growth and there is a real demand for firms that can deliver a depth of expertise and services across the financial, wealth planning and project management spectrum," Steven Kass, Rothstein Kass's co-chief executive and co-managing principal, said in the statement.
