Kim Harris Returns to Davis Polk
Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP announced that Kim Harris, a senior government lawyer who most recently served in the White House as principal deputy counsel to the president and deputy assistant to the president, will rejoin the firm's litigation department as a partner. Her practice will focus on advising institutions and individuals in investigations by the U.S. Congress, the Department of Justice, the SEC and other government agencies.
From 1997 to 2009, Harris practiced in Davis Polk's litigation department, representing major corporations in all aspects of regulatory and criminal investigations. She was elected partner in 2007 and left the firm in early 2009 to become senior counsel to the assistant attorney general of the Department of Justice's criminal division. She left that position in 2010 to move to the White House.
Nevada Mohammed Joins Citi Private Bank's Vancouver Office
Citi Private Bank announced that Nevada Mohammed has joined the firm's Vancouver office as director and investment counselor. He will report to Stacy Devine, investment counselor head, Canada and Midwest U.S. regions, Citi Private Bank.
