Despite seeing nearly all the benefits of the post-2009 recovery, it turns out the one percenters worry about the same things as the other 99 — the economy, retirement savings, their job. According to the Wall Street Journal, 28% of one percenters polled said they're worried about their jobs and 38% are worried they'll run out of money. Of those surveyed who own their own business, 25% fear their company won't survive another year. But money in the bank does not eliminate financial fears. A survey last fall found 50% of those with more than $100,000 in savings worried about their retirement prospects. And researchers at Boston College found even extreme wealth does not rid the fear of destitution.
