New Database Aids in Broker Search

Judy Diamond Associates, a retirement plan data publisher and a division of AdvisorOne's parent company, Summit Business Media, announced Monday the launch of a retooled database that lists top retirement plan brokers.

The database, BrokerSight, is a subscription service that helps carriers and brokerages recruit top brokers. BrokerSight allows carriers to browse prospective brokers' client lists and shows which brokers sell for which carriers. BrokerSight was formerly known as the Pension Annuities Database.

"Because of their relationship with high-end clients, annuity-focused brokers are one of the most valuable targets in today's retirement marketplace," Tom Flynn, president and interim CEO of Summit Business Media, said in a statement. "With BrokerSight, carriers and brokerages have the ability to personalize their broker-recruitment strategies with the best and most reliable targeting data available."
