Guardian Wins Customer Service Award

Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian) New York NY, announced that two of their Group Insurance leaders have been awarded International Service Excellence Awards.

The awards, bestowed on them by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA) were awarded to Marnie Thuecks, Second Vice President, Guardian customer Response Unit was named Customer Service Executive of the Year, and Jodi Johnson, Manager, Guardian's Premier Services, was named as Customer Service Contact Center Manager of the Year. Both Marnie and Jodi work in the Appelton, WI office.

CSIA awards are given to top customer service around the world in varying industries in appreciation for their dedication to providing customers with exemplary service.
