Bradford Named as Conning's Chief Executive Officer

Conning Inc., today announced the appointment of Woody E. Bradford as Chief Executive Officer. Bradford, who will succeed Salvatore Correnti when the appointment takes effect on January 2, 2012, has been with Conning since early 2010.

Correnti will remain with Conning in an advisory capacity as Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors.

Bradford, an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in the investment and asset management industry has spearheaded an array of crucial initiatives for Conning including pioneering the company's expansion into Asia by brokering a joint venture partnership with Cathay Financial Holdings. He also played an integral role in elevating Conning's presence in Europe with his inception of a European Chief Investment Officer.
