Domino receives leadership award

Anthony J. Domino Jr., CLU, ChFC, MSFS, is the 2011 recipient of the Kenneth Black Jr. Leadership Award from the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

The award, named after the man who served as editor of the Journal of Financial Service Professionals from 1949 to 2001, is given annually to an individual who embodies the society's core values of education, ethics and relationship and demonstrates exemplary leadership qualities.

Domino, the 2004-2005 president of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, is president of Associated Benefit Consultants in Rye Brook, N.Y. Domino is current secretary and a member of the executive committee of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), as well as a qualifying and life member of the Million Dollar Round Table and Top of the Table. He is also a past trustee of the American College Foundation and the Foundation for Financial Service Professionals. He is also the author of the 401(k) Advisor, published by National Underwriter, and is a regular columnist for the Westchester and Fairfield County Business Journals. He often lectures nationwide on employee benefit topics.

In congratulating Domino on this honor, Joseph E. Frack, the society's CEO, remarked, "Anthony always continues to give back…to his family, his community, his profession."
