Royal Neighbors helps Arizona foundation

Royal Neighbors of America, a life insurance organization, has donated $2,500 to Save the Family Foundation in Mesa, Ariz. Save the Family helps homeless families with financial planning, career development, and tutoring and housing programs.

"We were so delighted to receive this donation from Royal Neighbors of America," said Natascha Ovando-Karadsheh, director of communications for Save the Family. "This $2,500 will help us provide housing, job skills, fiscal responsibility skills and support services for homeless families so they can move toward a life of self-sufficiency."

Royal Neighbors' mission for the last 116 years has been to empower women to achieve financial security, health and wellness. The organization also holds an annual Join Hands Day and supports its own Royal Neighbors Foundation.
