Jodi F. Krieger, an attorney specializing in advice to high-net-worth (HNW) investors on matters of estate, tax, gifts, trusts and philanthropy is now a member of Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C., according to an announcement on Wednesday.
Krieger had been counsel at the firm since joining in 2007. As part of her practice, her philanthropic counsel includes "all phases of forming, managing and terminating charitable organizations, including public charities, private foundations and private operating foundations."
