Miller Takes Over at AAA

Mary Frances Miller is now president of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Miller is a consulting actuary with Select Actuarial Services, Nashville, Tenn.

David Sandberg has succeeded Miller as president-elect.

Miller has been president of the Casualty Actuarial Society, Arlington, Va.

Sandberg is a vice president and corporate actuary at Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, Golden Valley, Minn., a unit of Allianz S.E., Munich, Germany. He was vice president of the AAA Life Practice Council from 2005 to 2007.
