How secure is your server? If you are like most of us, your first thought is in regard to the anti-virus program installed on your server. However, don't forget about physical security. For many firms, the server is the "crown jewel" that stores all their data and information, and ultimately it is the backbone for the network. Therefore, make sure that your server is secure enough that someone can't walk in and carry it out without much work. Purchasing a locking server rack is a good way to provide extra physical protection. It will also get your server off the floor, which protects it from any spills or water leaks in your building.
