The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. (NYSE: HIG) has named Grace Figueredo as vice president of diversity and inclusion.
Figueredo had been director of workforce diversity for United Technologies Corp.
She is a board member of the Connecticut Women's Legal and Education Fund.
Figueredo has a master's degree from the University of Hartford and a bachelor of science degree from Queens College of the City University of New York.

Security Benefit Retail Retirement has named Ken DiFrancesca vice president, sales and business development. His duties will focus on sales and distribution in non-educational retail channels and annuity markets, according to the company, part of Security Benefit Corp., Topeka, Kan.
