New York State Insurance Department officials will get face-to-face advice June 28 on ways to improve department regulatory filing and producer licensing procedures.
The New York department will hold a public hearing on its processes and procedures in its offices in New York.
Members of the public will have up to 5 minutes to speak. Participants also can submit written testimony.
Participants could discuss topics such as the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing, product outlines and guidelines, and department public communications efforts, officials say.
