Baton Rouge Confidential

As part of what I offer every client, and that I believe helps differentiate my practice, I help organize all their important documents on their own highly secure portion of my Web site. I also offer identity theft protection to all clients. But if there's a better way to demonstrate to the client that they are dealing with someone of high moral character who will always place their interests ahead of their own, I want to know about it.

As an indication of my intent and practice, I had an attorney draft a Confidentiality Agreement. It states that we will not disclose any nonpublic, personal information unless required to do so by law or with the consent of the client. Since I gather so much personal information, I use it to reinforce the fact that we take confidentiality very serious.
